Return Policy
If you're not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@porshabrand.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
Return requests must be approved in writing before any items are sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All return shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of Return Authorization (RA) approval and sent back in their original packaging.
Returns not in original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Store credit only. No refunds.
• All sale/special-priced items are final sale.
Credit memos will only be issued once the returned products are received and inspected by our returns department.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@porshabrand.com within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please include clear images of the damaged items for approval.
Once reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and issue store credit or exchange as applicable.
